What you would run
- The brand catalog operation: sourcing pipeline, verification quality, monthly refresh, category balance
- Creator operations: support inbox rhythm, onboarding help, trial cohort follow-ups
- Content operations: posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn, working from prepared assets
- Business operations: vendor and subscription tracking, bookkeeping inputs, weekly metrics pack
- Process: turn recurring work into checklists and simple systems the team actually follows
