When does billing start?
Billing opens with the first paying group, once payments are set up. Until then, every account is free, and waitlist members hear first, before any charge exists anywhere.
What stays free forever?
The deal pipeline, your deals and invoices, the payment chase drafts, fast deal capture, the pricing calculator, and every guide. Free is a plan, not a trial: it does not expire.
Does the price grow with my followers, contacts, or DMs?
Never. Pro is one flat price. A post going viral will not raise your bill, and there are no per-DM, per-contact, or per-follower charges, on any plan, ever.
What does the founding price mean?
Join the waitlist before billing opens and Pro stays at $19 a month for as long as your account stays active, even when the public price rises later. It is our thank-you for being early, written down instead of improvised.
Can I cancel Pro any time?
Yes. When billing opens, you will be able to cancel in a couple of clicks, and it takes effect at the end of the billing period. Your deals and invoices stay yours, and the Free plan keeps working.
How do refunds work?
Cancel any time and Pro runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except a payment we took in error, a charge that happened twice, or a service we could not provide, and wherever the law requires a refund. The full policy is at bravodm.com/refund-policy.
