What creators use today, grouped honestly

Creators run their brand deals and links through three kinds of tools, and the kinds are not interchangeable. A link page puts your offers in front of your audience. A marketplace puts you in front of brands that are hiring. And a great many creators still run the whole thing from spreadsheets, notes, and their inbox. BravoDM is none of those three: it is the deal desk for the deals you land yourself, pricing each one from what your audience is worth and tracking it to paid. Each group below says what the tools in it actually do, and where they are the better pick.

Facts and prices checked on each product's own pages, October 2026.

Link pages and storefronts

Beacons is a creator business platform built around your page: link in bio, a store for digital products, email marketing, and an auto-updating media kit, with brand-deal invoices and an AI outreach writer inside the same platform. Pick it when the page, the store, and the audience business come first.

Passionfroot is a sponsorship storefront: your page lists your channels and the collaboration products a brand can book, with requests, a calendar of slots, and payments in a workspace behind it. Pick it when you sell scheduled sponsorship slots and want them bookable. (Its partner network also appears in the marketplace group below; the comparison covers both halves.)

Marketplaces

Collabstr is a marketplace where brands search for, hire, and pay creators: brands browse profiles with upfront package prices or post campaigns that creators apply to, and payment sits in escrow until the brand approves the work. Pick it when you want brands to find and hire you, or when you are the brand doing the hiring.

Passionfroot's Partner Network is the marketplace half of Passionfroot: brands find you through its Discover feature, and deals it brings you carry a 15% sourcing fee out of your payout, while deals you source yourself stay whole. Pick it when a network bringing you deals is worth a sourcing cut on those deals.

Spreadsheets and manual work

The most common setup costs nothing and has no name: a spreadsheet of brands and rates, prices worked out in a notes app or by gut feel, pitches sent from the inbox, and payment chases written from scratch each time. It works until the deal count grows past what memory holds, and its real cost is the deals priced by guess and the invoices nobody chased. BravoDM's free tier exists to replace exactly this setup, and the guide to pricing a brand deal shows the manual version of the same math, free, with no account.

How these pages are written

Every competitor fact and price on these pages comes from that product's own public pages, read on October 29, 2026, and each comparison lists its sources and names where the other product is the better choice. Nothing here rates or ranks anyone, and no figure about another product's users or quality appears, because none was ours to print.
