Creator rates

Creator rates, by size and by niche

What to charge, computed from BravoDM's published pricing model (v1.0, October 2026): the same model the free calculator runs, printed as pages. Pick your size for the full table, or your niche for the rates with that niche's adjustment applied. Usage rights are always a separate line, because that is where offers quietly go wrong.

Rates by follower count

Rates by niche

The model adjusts rates by niche, and the catalog BravoDM tracks runs on 15 of them. Each page below prices that niche at 25,000 followers with its adjustment applied, and says plainly which model setting did the pricing.

Rates by platform

Each platform's full deliverable menu, priced at every follower band: Reels and Stories on Instagram, videos and LIVE on TikTok, dedicated videos and integrations on YouTube.

Rates by deliverable and right

One deliverable or one right at a time, priced in full: the content pages, and the usage, whitelisting, and exclusivity pages where most of the money actually sits.

Going deeper

UGC work has its own math (no audience, all usage): UGC rates in 2026. The full index, with the independent benchmarks from Later, Aspire, and Stan Store quoted beside the model: Creator rates 2026. Questions, answered with numbers

How much should a creator charge for one Reel?

At the model's baseline rates (Instagram, about-average engagement, before usage rights): $100 at 1,000 followers, $175 at 5,000, $375 at 10,000, $700 at 25,000, $1,125 at 50,000, and $2,100 at 100,000. Each tier page shows the floor and the strong ask beside the number.

How much do usage rights add?

Usage is a percentage of the video being licensed: 25% for 30 days, 65% for 90 days, 110% for 180 days, 175% for 12 months, 300% for forever. On a $700 Reel at 25,000 followers, 90 days of usage adds $450. An offer that prices usage at $0 is underpaying by exactly that line.

Do niches change the rate?

Yes. The model adjusts the content lines by niche: finance and tech price at 1.5x the baseline, beauty and fashion at 1.2x, health and fitness at 1.15x, parenting at 1.1x, and comedy and gaming at 0.9x. The niche pages in this cluster price each of the catalog's 15 niches with the model setting that applies to it, and say which one.

Are these rates what brands actually pay?

These are the outputs of BravoDM's published pricing model, a framework with every assumption printed, not a survey of closed deals. Cross-check them against the independent benchmarks (Later, Aspire, Stan Store) quoted with their sources on the creator rates index. Where the two disagree, the disagreement is information.
