YouTube integration rates
A 60-second integration prices at 35% of a dedicated video in the model: $450 in the 25k to 50k subscriber band, next to $1,250 for the dedicated video. This page carries the integration's full table and the dedicated comparison, because the two are quoted against each other in every YouTube negotiation.

Assumptions, in one line: YouTube, the baseline niche (Lifestyle, 1.0x), about-average engagement, and typical views left blank, so the follower-band side of the model's YouTube formula (band base x 2.5) prices the table. Enter your typical views in the calculator and the views side can price higher.
Integration or dedicated: what the brand is choosing
An integration rents a minute of a video your audience already came to watch; a dedicated video is the video. The model prices that difference at 35%: the integration is cheaper because your content does the holding, and the brand's message rides inside it.
Position inside the video is worth naming in the quote (an integration in the first third is not the same product as one at the end), but the model prices the standard case: a 60-second segment, placed naturally, with the usual description link. Anything beyond that (pinned comment packages, title mentions, community posts) is extra scope, priced as extra scope.
Where this goes wrong
- Quoting an integration as a percentage off your dedicated price without checking which side of the model's formula prices you. For view-heavy channels, the views side can double the band figure.
- Letting 'integration' quietly grow into a dedicated video in the brief review. If the whole video is about the brand, the deliverable changed and so does the price.
- Forgetting that integrations still carry usage. A brand clipping your integration into its own ads is licensing video, at the usual percentages.
Questions, answered with numbers
How much should I charge for one YouTube integration?
In the pricing model at baseline rates: $450 at 25,000 followers (floor $375, strong ask $575), $65 under 5,000 followers, and $1,325 at 100,000 to 250,000. Your niche and engagement adjust it from there, and the calculator runs your exact version.
Does one YouTube integration include usage rights?
No. The 60-second integration price is the content and the posting. Usage (the brand running it as an ad or reposting it) is a separate line, priced as a percentage of the video: 25% for 30 days up to 300% for forever. The usage rights page prices every term on one worked example.
How long is a standard integration?
Sixty seconds, in the model's definition. A 90-second or two-minute segment is more scope; price it as the integration plus a step toward the dedicated rate, and say that in the quote rather than absorbing it.
