YouTube creator rates
YouTube has two brand deliverables in the model: the dedicated video (the whole video is about the brand) and the 60-second integration (a segment inside your video). A dedicated video is the most expensive single deliverable in the model, and the integration prices at 35% of it.
The model's YouTube price is the higher of two figures: the follower band's base times 2.5, or your typical views priced at $20 per 1,000. The tables below leave typical views blank, so the band side of the formula prices them, exactly as the calculator does before a creator types their views. If your videos regularly out-view your subscriber count, the calculator's number will be higher, and it should be.
| Followers | Dedicated videos | 60-second integrations |
|---|---|---|
| Under 5k | $200 | $65 |
| 5k to 10k | $325 | $100 |
| 10k to 25k | $700 | $250 |
| 25k to 50k | $1,250 | $450 |
| 50k to 100k | $2,000 | $700 |
| 100k to 250k | $3,750 | $1,325 |
| 250k to 500k | $6,875 | $2,400 |
| 500k to 1M | $11,875 | $4,150 |
| 1M+ | $22,500 | $7,875 |
Assumptions, in one line: YouTube, the baseline niche (Lifestyle, 1.0x), about-average engagement, one deliverable at a time, before usage, exclusivity, and any package discount, and typical views left blank, so the follower-band side of the model's YouTube formula prices the table. Model v1.0, October 2026.

When your views outrun your subscribers
The table prices the follower-band side of the model's YouTube formula. The other side prices your typical views at $20 per 1,000, and the model takes the higher of the two. A channel in the 25k to 50k band whose videos typically get 100,000 views prices a dedicated video at $2,000 on the views side, against $1,250 on the band side, so $2,000 is the model's number. That is the calculator working exactly as designed: on YouTube, the audience you actually deliver outbids the audience you merely have.
What changes the price
- Usage rights. The brand running your content as an ad or reposting it: 25% of the video for 30 days, up to 300% for forever. Priced on the usage rights page.
- Whitelisting. The ad runs from a handle under your identity: the usage line times 1.25x. Priced on the whitelisting page.
- Exclusivity. You sit out the brand's competitors: 25% of the content fee for 30 days, 60% for 90. Priced on the exclusivity page.
- Engagement and niche. Above-average engagement multiplies the content lines by 1.2x, way above by 1.4x, and niches run from 0.9x to 1.5x. The free calculator runs your exact combination.

YouTube rate questions
How much should I charge on YouTube?
Start from the deliverable, not the platform average. At 25,000 followers, one Dedicated video prices at $1,250 in the model (floor $1,075, strong ask $1,575), before usage and exclusivity. Find your band in the table, then run your exact deal in the calculator.
Do YouTube rates include usage rights?
No. Every number on this page is content and posting. Usage, whitelisting, and exclusivity are separate priced lines (the rights pages price each one), because that is where offers quietly lose their value.
Are these survey rates?
No. They are outputs of BravoDM's published pricing model (v1.0, October 2026), computed from the model on this page. The independent benchmarks quoted with their sources live on the creator rates index, and the two are never blended.
