Rate card template
A rate card is a price list a brand can act on in one read. This is the layout: who you are, what each deliverable costs, one or two packages, the rights lines priced separately, and one clear way to inquire. Copy the text into a doc, a Notion page, or your BravoDM rate card.
When to use it. Build this once, then link it from your bio, your pitches, and your email signature. Update the numbers when your size or your rates change; a stale rate card negotiates against you while you sleep.

Make it work
- Show your number, not your range. The floor and the strong ask are negotiation tools; printing them teaches brands to open at the bottom.
- The rights block is the difference between a rate card and a price sticker. Cards without a usage line get usage priced at $0 by the other side.
- One package minimum. Brands buy bundles more easily than parts, and a package anchors the single-deliverable prices beside it.
