UGC
UGC, short for user-generated content, is content you make for a brand to publish on its own channels. It never appears on your page, and your followers are not part of what the brand is buying.
What it means for your money
Because no audience is included, a UGC video prices on your experience and the work itself, not your follower count. Usage still applies in full: brands buy UGC mainly to run it, often as ads, so the usage term decides most of the final price.
How the pricing model treats it
BravoDM's pricing model (version 1.1) prices a UGC video on an experience tier instead of a follower band, before usage:
| Experience tier | Per UGC video, before usage |
|---|---|
| First dealsNew to paid UGC work, building a portfolio | $125 |
| Steady brand workRegular paid UGC work for brands | $250 |
| Proven performerA track record brands ask for by name | $500 |
Worked through the model at the steady tier: one UGC video is $250 before usage, and 90 days of usage adds $175, for $425 in all. The usage percentages are the same ones on the usage rights page.
These are the model's own terms, from BravoDM's published pricing model (version 1.1, October 2026), the same source the free calculator runs. They are a model's starting point, not a market promise.
In practice
- ·Price the filming and the usage as two lines. A cheap video with forever usage is not a cheap deal for you.
- ·Your portfolio is the proof a brand buys. A few strong samples matter more than a follower count here.
- ·Posting added later is a second product. It gets its own line, at your posting rate.
An example
A creator with a small following and a year of steady brand work can honestly outprice a first timer with a far larger audience for the same UGC video, because the brand is buying the filming, not the following.
