Whitelisting (Spark ads)

Whitelisting means the brand runs ads through your account, so the ad carries your name, your handle, and your profile instead of the brand's. On TikTok, the same arrangement is called a Spark ad.

What it means for your money

Your name is doing the persuading, so whitelisting prices above plain usage rights. It also lends the brand your account's standing with your audience, which is worth more than the same ad run from a page nobody follows.

How the pricing model treats it

In BravoDM's pricing model, whitelisting never prices on its own. It multiplies the usage line, because the brand is buying the usage plus the run through your handle:

Usage line × 1.25: the model takes the usage price for the term the brand chose and multiplies it by 1.25 when the ads run through your handle.

These are the model's own terms, from BravoDM's published pricing model (version 1.1, October 2026), the same source the free calculator runs. They are a model's starting point, not a market promise.

In practice

An example

A whitelisted ad can keep reaching people who have never seen your page, weeks after your post left their feed. That reach is rented from you, and the whitelisting line is the rent.
